Summer time provides unique opportunities and unique challenges for kids and teens with ADD/ADHD. Many families choose to stop medication during the summer. They also aim to improve things for their son or daughter – hoping to work on social skills and family relationships.
There are also risks in the summer – risks of impulsive, dangerous activities, and many others.
