Child/Teen Coaching: Goals and Resolutions for ADHD Families
New year’s brings a time to reflect on the past year, and look forward to the new one. Many people set New Year’s Resolutions, but the statistics are surprising – how most people don’t keep their resolutions until the end of January – let alone for the whole year.
New year’s resolutions can be challenging, and they can be even harder when your family is dealing with ADHD. This relates to the ‘overwhelm factor’ that can happen in your family, and it can also be challenging because of the ADHD itself (i.e. the inattention, hyperactivity and impulsivity).
This month, coach Diane O’Reilly is presenting on “Goals and Resolutions for ADHD Families”.
There is a particular process which can work when you are setting goals and resolutions. As an expert ADD/ADHD coach, Diane can share with you the specific approaches which can help you and your family to succeed this year.
Wouldn’t it be great to take the momentum of the New Year, and translate that into goals and resolutions which are helping your family to succeed this year?
